Refund policy
- Refund of unused funds from the balance of an Account is made by Affiliate-SMS at the request of the User within ten business days.
- Refunds shall be made only to a legal entity or an individual who made a deposit to an Account.
- Refunds are made in the same currency that is deposited on the balance of the User’s Account.
- Affiliate-SMS reserves the right to charge off in full accounts inactive for 3 months or more.
- Affiliate-SMS sends to the inactive User a request for the provision of bank details for refund of the unused funds to the email address specified in the Account. If the bank details were not provided by the User within twenty calendar days, Affiliate-SMS shall charge off funds from the Account.
- No refunds can be granted for provided services.
- For refund request the User shall contact Affiliate-SMS by email: [email protected]
